1. The service

OnlyFace is a discovery and meeting platform where users temporarily make themselves "active" where they are and become mutually visible to other active users nearby.

2. Age limit

Only people who are 18 or older may use the service. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their stated age.

3. Content rules

Sexual and adult content is prohibited. Harassment, hate speech, fraud and impersonating another person result in the account being suspended.

4. Paid access

A profile owner may make access to their profile paid. The app deducts a commission from the amount paid and the rest is transferred to the profile owner. If an unlocked profile does not meet expectations, a refund request can be submitted from within the app.

5. Premium subscription

The Premium subscription is a service separate from access payments and is paid directly to the app. When a subscription is cancelled, it remains valid until the end of the period already paid for.

6. Closing your account

Users may close their account at any time. After a closure request, the action can be undone within the defined grace period.
