Your location is collected only when you make yourself "active", and only at that moment. Your raw coordinates stay on the server and are never shown to any user; other users see you only as a rough distance range (such as "nearby" or "1–2 km").
When your session ends, your raw coordinates are deleted. Only a rough area label and time information remain, and this record is also deleted entirely after a defined retention window.
The "keep showing me in this area after I leave" setting is off by default. Only if you turn it on can Premium users see you as someone who was active in that area in the past. You can turn the setting off at any time and delete your location history completely.
All images you upload are kept in private storage and served only through short-lived, signed links. Images are re-encoded when uploaded; in the process the photo's EXIF data — including GPS coordinates — is removed.
Verification is optional. The selfie you submit can be viewed only by the moderation team, every viewing is logged, and the file is deleted within a defined period after the review is complete.
You can export your data, withdraw your consents and delete your account. When your account is deleted, your personal data is removed; only financial records that tax and accounting laws require us to keep are retained, with their link to your identity severed.
Payments are processed by the payment provider; your card and bank details never reach the app. Location, passwords and payment details are masked in reports sent to the error tracking system.
